Classic Chicken Noodle Soup

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups egg noodles
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
