Ingredients:

- 1 cup pitted dates

- 1/2 cup almonds

- 1/2 cup cashews

- 1/2 cup walnuts

- 1/4 cup raisins

- 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)

- 2 tablespoons flaxseeds (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 1 tablespoon ghee (or coconut oil)
