Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5–2-inch cubes
1 tbsp Oil
½ cup Red onion, cut into 2-inch cubes, layers separated
½ cup Green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch cubes
½ cup Red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch cubes
Lime wedges and onion rounds, for garnish
For the Marinade
½ cup Greek yogurt (hung curd)
¾ tbsp Grated ginger
¾ tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp Ground turmeric (haldi)
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder (dhania powder)
½ tbsp Dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)
Cooking Method
1. Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Mix well.
Add the chicken pieces and coat thoroughly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 8 hours for enhanced flavor).
2. Prepare for Cooking
When ready to cook, add oil, onions, and bell peppers to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly.
Thread the chicken pieces alternately with onions and bell peppers onto skewers.
Cooking Methods
Pressure Cooker CrispLid Method

Arrange the skewers on the rack and lightly brush with oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
For a smoky finish, broil the skewers for 5 minutes to achieve char marks.
