1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp mace powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1-2 green chilies (slit)
Salt, to taste
Whole Spices:
2 bay leaves
3-4 cloves
2-3 green cardamom pods
1 black cardamom
1 small cinnamon stick
For Garnish:
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Saffron strands soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk (optional)
Slivered almonds
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
